Job summary

The role requires 18+ age, cash handling or customer service experience, and the ability to pass a drug screen and obtain an Osage Nation gaming license. Evening/weekend shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Six months of cash handling or customer service experience.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening and obtain and maintain an Osage Nation gaming license.
• Maintain a valid Driver’s License.
• Provide documents to show eligibility to work in the United States.
• Osage, Native American, and Veteran preference apply to all positions.

Responsibilities

• Processes retail sales and cash register transactions.
• Restocks shelves and maintains merchandise and visual display standards.
• Greets guests with a positive and friendly manner.
• Sells merchandise, suggests selections that meet the customer’s needs, advises on price and features.
• Operates cash register to conduct sales transactions, handles cash and makes change as required.
• Displays merchandise in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Ensures stock levels are maintained and displays are organized and visually appealing.
• Performs general floor maintenance and housekeeping.
• Contributes to a team effort and accomplishes related results as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
