Three Bears Alaska is seeking an Assistant C-Store Manager to support daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. The role involves inventory oversight, sales analysis, and implementing strategies to boost store performance.

You will participate in training, help manage merchandising, and coordinate logistics with transportation teams while upholding safety and company policies. Strong leadership and Excel/Word skills are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
• 5 years of retail experience preferred.
• Candidates lacking full 5 years may be considered with relevant education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the C-Store Manager in day-to-day store operations.
• Supervise staff and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in inventory management and sales analysis.
• Implement strategies to improve store performance.
• Coordinate logistics with truck drivers for loading/unloading.
• Conduct performance evaluations and recommend personnel actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures.
