Job summary

Three Bears Alaska, Inc. is seeking a C-Store Manager to maximize profitability by managing all aspects of store operations in accordance with company policies and procedures. You will ensure exemplary customer service, supervise and train team members, and schedule staff to meet projections.

Responsibilities include inventory control, cash handling accuracy, merchandising, and coordinating with drivers for deliveries while maintaining a safe, friendly shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 5 years retail experience required.
• Combination of post-secondary education and other related experience may be substituted for retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service and satisfaction, directing, training, and developing personnel.
• Schedule team members to meet labor projections.
• Supervise and lead team members toward company goals while maintaining morale.
