Qualifications

• Maintains customer and team contact to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensures proper inventory levels and stock mix to maximize turns.
• Merchandises new products and seasonal changes.
• Interviews and hires per guidelines.
• Assists in payroll and HR reporting.
• Conducts performance evaluations and wage actions.
• Schedules staff to meet labor projections.
• Trains and mentors team members.
• Monitors cash handling and daily reports.
• Ensures backroom/check-in policies are followed.
