Job summary

Three Bears Alaska, Inc. is seeking an Assistant C-Store Manager to support the C-Store Manager in daily store operations in Wasilla, Alaska.

You will supervise staff, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain standards, and assist with inventory, sales analysis, and improvement initiatives. This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, ideally 5 years of retail experience, and proficiency with Excel and Word.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
• Preferred 5 years of retail experience.
• Combination of education and other relevant experience may substitute for the retail experience requirement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations in coordination with the C-Store Manager.
• Supervise staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain store standards.
• Assist in inventory management, sales analysis, and performance improvements.
• Support merchandising and adapt to seasonal changes as needed.
