Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
• 5 years of retail experience preferred.
• Combination of post-secondary education and other relevant experience may substitute for retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations in absence of C-Store Manager.
• Supervise and mentor staff to ensure high performance and customer service.
• Assist in inventory management and loss prevention initiatives.
• Analyze sales data and trends to drive store performance.
• Implement merchandising strategies and seasonal changes according to company standards.
• Coordinate logistics with truck drivers for loading and unloading.
