The C-Store Manager at Refuel Operating Company, LLC will lead day-to-day store operations at the assigned location, including scheduling, training, and supervising staff to achieve exceptional guest service and profitability.

Flexibility is required with evenings, weekends, and some holidays; travel up to 10% may be needed. Strong leadership and cost-control focus are essential to drive sales and maintain store standards.

Qualifications

• C-Store and/or retail manager experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations including food service, car wash profits, and controllable expenses.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Schedule labor hours to match customer traffic and Store Labor Model targets.
• Execute daily operating procedures to keep the store clean, stocked, organized, and safe.
• Ensure timely product orders to maintain in-stock levels and meet demand.
• Monitor safety, security, and cash handling, and report issues per policy.
• Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities.
• Lead monthly promotions and ensure accurate advertising and signage.
