Responsibilities

• Adhere to the Company's established policies and procedures.
• Responsible for the store profits and all controllable expenses, including labor, inventory levels, and cash and inventory shortages.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop positive individuals to become team members, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Schedule and manage labor hours to align with customer traffic patterns and Store Labor Model targets.
• Implement and enforce daily operating procedures to keep the store clean, stocked, organized, and well-kept.
• Ensure orders are placed on schedule to maintain in-stock levels and meet demand.
• Monitor daily gasoline price surveys and complete daily paperwork as directed.
• Monitor cash over/short, shrinkage, and drive-offs daily.
• Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify trends.
• Implement monthly promotions and ensure signage is posted timely.
• Enforce safety and security measures and report incidents.
