Refuel Operating Company, LLC is seeking a C-Store Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive profitability, and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. This role involves hiring and training staff, maintaining a clean, stocked store, and delivering prompt service.

This position requires working evenings, weekends, and some holidays with variable weekly hours. Prior retail or food service experience is valued, and on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, food service, or customer service.
• Ability to do basic math at an eighth-grade level.
• On-the-job training provided for new team members.

Responsibilities

• Work five days per week, including some weekends.
• Be prepared to work up to six days per week when needed.
• Shifts include at least two nights per week.
• Help maintain clean, stocked store and ensure customer-ready standards.
• Handle cash, balance registers, and deposits.
