Qualifications

• Basic math skills to handle cash, change, and tax percentages.
• Ability to read and apply company procedure documents.

• Capable of multitasking with composure during high-volume periods.

Responsibilities

• Display a customer comes first attitude with immediate attention.
• Actively participate in promotions and store programs.
• Complete company-sponsored training and required updates.
• Complete specialized training on food preparation, handling and storage.
• Know promotions and suggest items to increase sales.
• Receive payments and balance cash registers; operate POS equipment.
• Monitor gas pumps and ensure safe fueling and accurate transactions.
• Prepare deli orders and ensure proper portioning and logs.
• Follow Serve-Safe and temperature/quality standards; reduce waste.
• Maintain accurate food temperature logs and assist with stock/cleaning.
