Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in a friendly environment.
• Control shrink and expenses; schedule employees.
• Maintain merchandise stock and signage; ensure perishables dates.
• Ensure compliance with policies; training and certifications updated.
• Handle money and operate POS accurately to minimize errors.
• Meet operational excellence standards.
• Prepare Daily Activity Reports.
• Complete daily fuel survey.
• Manage employee issues and performance.
• Cover open shifts; support district staffing; travel as needed.
• Be available to work any shift to meet store demands; on-call for sick calls.
