The role includes assisting with hiring, training, and development of team members while maintaining a clean, well-stocked store.

The ideal candidate has prior retail or food service experience, strong communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, food service, or customer service experience.
• Must be able to do basic math at the eighth-grade level.
• On-the-job training is provided for all new team members.

Responsibilities

• Work the days and hours needed, typically five days per week, including some weekends.
• Lead daily store operations and assist the Store Manager.
• Ensure compliance with city, county, and state beverage laws.
• Deliver prompt, courteous service to every customer.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members.
