Refuel Operating Company, LLC is seeking a C-Store Assistant Manager in Durham, NC to support the Store Manager in daily operations, focusing on efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will assist with hiring, training, and developing team members while maintaining a clean, well-stocked store.

Responsibilities

• Work five days per week typically, including some weekends when the Store Manager is off.
• Work up to six days per week if the store is short-staffed or not meeting performance, inspection, or customer service standards.
• Perform shifts, including at least two nights per week.
• Assist with daily store operations and complete tasks per policies and area manager direction.
• Ensure compliance with city, county, and state beverage laws.
• Deliver prompt, courteous service to every customer.
• Lead and assist staff to maintain cleanliness and organization to achieve high inspection scores.
