Refuel Operating Company, LLC is seeking a C-Store Assistant Manager in Fayetteville, NC to support the Store Manager in daily operations, ensure efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will assist with hiring, training, and developing team members, while keeping the store clean, well stocked, and guest-ready.

This role requires flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays, with occasional travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, food service, or customer service experience.
• Must be able to do basic math at the eighth-grade level.
• On-the-job training is provided for all new team members.

Responsibilities

• Work five days per week, including some weekends.
• Lead and assist staff to maintain cleanliness and order.
• Ensure compliance with beverage laws and store policies.
• Deliver prompt, courteous service to customers.
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing team members.
• Oversee cash handling, balancing, and deposits.
• Maintain isles, restrooms, parking lot, and stocked merchandise.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members.
• Conduct performance evaluations and enforce policies.
