Job summary

SimVentions, Inc. in Maryland seeks a skilled C++ Software Developer to support aircraft software maintenance efforts. The role requires on-site presence at NAVAIR-PAX River in St.

Mary's County, MD, and US citizenship with an active Secret clearance. You will work with Linux (RHEL), Oracle databases, and Visual Studio within a multi-disciplinary team, reviewing designs and tests to meet contract requirements while applying knowledge of avionics and HW/SW interfaces.

Qualifications

• Ability to write, review, and test C++ code.
• Experience with Linux (RHEL).
• Experience with Oracle databases and Visual Studio.
• Familiarity with Ada programming language.

Responsibilities

• Provide software development expertise as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Review data, reports, studies, designs, design documentation, tests, or equipment to determine conformance with contract technical requirements.
