Job summary

SimVentions, Inc. in St. Marys County, MD, is seeking a skilled C++ Software Developer to support aircraft software maintenance efforts. This on-site role requires residency and availability to work at NAVAIR-PAX River five days per week.

You will join a multi-disciplinary team, write and test C++ code on Linux (RHEL), interact with Oracle databases and Visual Studio, and contribute to mission-critical defense programs while upholding security clearances and compliance.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering or computer science.
• Ability to write, review, and test C++ code.
• Experience with Linux operating systems (RHEL).
• Experience with Oracle databases.
• Experience with Visual Studio.

Responsibilities

• Provide software development expertise as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Review data, reports, studies, designs, design documentation, tests, or equipment to determine conformance with contract technical requirements.
