Job summary

Dal-Tile Distribution, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor Production to lead a manufacturing team on one or more shifts. You will oversee production schedules, mentor employees, and enforce safety standards while driving continuous improvement across processes and metrics.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, adherence to budget and quality requirements, and effective people management to optimize productivity on the plant floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 4-6 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0-2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise department manufacturing functions across shifts and review production orders to meet schedules.
• Resolve operational, process, and maintenance problems to minimize costs and downtime.
• Schedule personnel and assign work to meet production requirements efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Ensure adherence to production workflow priorities and communicate procedures.
• Develop and monitor performance metrics; drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain shift reports, timekeeping (Kronos) accuracy, and department records.
