Job summary

Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, is seeking a Glaze Line Operator for the night shift to operate the glaze line and inspect ceramic tile throughout production. The role involves monitoring equipment, conducting quality checks, and safely handling materials in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and basic English communication. Experience in manufacturing is preferred.

• Good oral and written communications skills. Good record keeping skills. Good listening skills. Accurate measurement capability. Ability to understand and speak basic English.

Responsibilities

• Operates glaze line and inspects tile.
• Monitors glaze line equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor.
• Performs hourly quality control checks to ensure tile is within specifications.
• Operates powered industrial trucks to transport glaze to and from the glaze lines.
• Follows operating procedures.
• Keeps area safe, clean and organized.
• Performs other related duties as required.
