Recruiting Profile:

Dal-Tile is currently seeking a Glaze Prep Operator to join our MFG TEAM! As the Glaze Line Operator, we need someone to operate the glaze line and inspect tile to produce the ceramic tile manufacturing process.

C Shift Schedule:

• Wednesday: 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM.
• Thursday-Saturday: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

Major Function and Scope:

• Produces glaze and paste by transporting, weighing, and mixing appropriate ingredients.
• Loads and unloads ball mills.
• Monitors glaze and paste levels on production lines.
• Creates samples and performs quality control checks.
• Monitors equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor.
• Follows standard operating procedures.
• Performs other related duties as required.
• Follows ISO operating procedures and control plans.
• Follows Environmental, Safety & Health procedures and requirements.

Experience and Knowledge Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Manufacturing/production experiencepreferred.
