Job summary

Century Mold Co. Inc. is seeking a Process Set-Up Technician C Shift in Middletown, OH. You will set up and changeover injection molding equipment, install/remove molds, and adjust process parameters to meet schedule, quality and safety standards.

Requires a High School diploma or GED and 3–5 years related experience; proficiency with MS Office and willingness to learn new software. Company offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; or 3–5 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to learn new software as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and changeover machinery and equipment according to production priorities.
• Install and remove molds in injection presses and adjust process parameters.
• Ensure safety features, mold protection, and correct wiring and connections.
• Coordinate with QA, Engineering and Tool Room to ensure quality parts.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and document changes on PROCESS NOTICE sheets.
