Job summary

Century Mold is seeking a Process Set-Up Technician-C Shift to support our Rochester plastics production lines. You will set up and change over machinery, install molds, and adjust parameters to meet start-up targets. Strong teamwork with QA, Engineering and Tool Room is essential to deliver quality parts.

Requires a high school diploma or GED and 3–5 years related experience or equivalent; proficient with MS Office and MS Project; ability to learn new software. Competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 3–5 years related experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn new software such as MS Project.
• Must understand processes in mold set-up and manufacturing operations.
• Willing to work a shift schedule and adapt to production needs.

Responsibilities

• Setup and changeover machinery and equipment per production priorities.
• Install and remove molds in injection presses.
• Set process parameters and alarms; configure safety features.

Education

High School diploma or equivalency (G.E.D) or three to five years related experience
