Job summary

Century Mold in Middletown, OH is seeking a Machine Operator for the C-Shift to help ensure quality and meet productivity standards. You will follow detailed job instructions, perform quality checks and paperwork, and support process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Key tasks include recording production counts, visually inspecting products, maintaining a clean 5S work area, communicating with teammates, and providing relief on other machines as needed. GED or HS diploma required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Completing all quality checks and paperwork associated with job tasks.
• Read and follow operator instructions and alerts.
• Record number of containers made.
• Visually inspect products for defects and record both the reasons and amount of defects.
• Keep work area neat and organized according to 5S program.
• Communicate with incoming and outgoing operators.
• Spray molds as required.
• Provide relief on other machines as requested.
