Job summary

Centor in Millersburg, OH is seeking a Process Technician to set up molding machines, troubleshoot issues, and evaluate materials. You will enter process data, support quality and production, and resolve daily production problems with a focus on lean practices.

You will maintain 5S standards, perform mold changes, and assist in qualification studies. The role requires reading and following instructions, basic math, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• Ability to set up and operate molding machines per procedures.
• Experience with blow molding and injection molding processes.
• Ability to interpret work instructions and maintain 5S/lean standards.
• Proficient in data entry and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Sets up, operates and adjusts molding machines for production.
• Communicates safety, quality, maintenance and productivity issues.
• Follows work instructions and trains others when needed.
• Collects process data and supports process capability studies.
• Performs root cause analysis to resolve daily production problems.
• Maintains 5S and lean manufacturing practices in the work area.
