Job summary

Ralliant in Fairport, NY is seeking a production assembler for the C-Shift (10:30pm–7:00am). You will set up and operate various assembly equipment, rotate through cells, and prepare finished products for shipment while keeping a safe, clean work area.

Qualifications

• Proficient English reading and writing; able to read MSDS sheets and standard work instructions.
• Minimum 1 year experience in an assembly or lean manufacturing environment.
• Manual dexterity and mechanical proficiency; able to use hand and power tools and read measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates assembly equipment such as small hydraulic presses, staking, small drill presses, welding machines, air drivers, spin riveters, and winders.
• Rotates in other work cells as instructed by Supervisor or Cell Leader.
• Packs finished product for shipment; maintains a safe, clean work environment.
• Participates in cell improvements and adheres to quality standards.
