Job summary

FITS LLC provides specialized training services for engineering projects, emphasizing GMP/compliance, SOP adherence, and LMS-based learning. The team coordinates onboarding with site safety and access requirements to ensure consistent qualification and readiness across the project workforce.

We seek professionals who combine technical knowledge with strong communication in English and Spanish, deliver high-quality training plans, and perform regular audits to close gaps and improve performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop a training plan for all roles in the project.
• Identify procedures and training applicable for the project.
• Develop and maintain a training matrix indicating who must be trained on SOPs.
• Collaborate with site training personnel to establish learning plans.
• Perform periodic audits to ensure personnel are trained.
• Coordinate training sessions as needed.
• Onboard project resources ensuring compliance with learning plan requirements, Beeline, safety, site access, and device requirements.

For Training services in the Engineering area.

WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT:

The Technical Part:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, engineering, or life sciences), or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills in Spanish and English.
• Shift: Administrative and according to business needs
• Experience in:
  • Experience developing training plans and training matrices for project personnel, preferably within a Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) or comparable regulated project environment.
  • Working knowledge of GMP/regulated training requirements, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Ability to perform training compliance audits and identify gaps in required training for project personnel.
  • Experience coordinating project onboarding, including compliance with learning plan requirements, contractor safety, site access, and system access (e.g., Beeline).
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills to support training documentation, audits, and reporting.
