Job summary

BioPharma Consulting JAD Group is seeking an experienced project coordinator to keep a multi-year greenfield pharmaceutical program in Carolina, Puerto Rico on schedule. You will be the coordination hub across CQV workstreams: schedules, resources, action items and progress reporting.

Maintain schedules, coordinate resources, run coordination meetings and ensure stakeholder communication. 10+ years of project coordination in pharma CQV is preferred; scheduling with MS Project or Primavera;

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project coordination, ideally on pharmaceutical capital or CQV programs.
• Scheduling (MS Project or Primavera), action tracking and reporting.
• Highly organized and proactive; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business or related.
