Biopharma-Consulting-Jad-Group is seeking a senior project coordinator to serve as the coordination hub for a multi-year CQV program in Carolina, Puerto Rico. You will manage schedules, resources, actions, and progress reporting to ensure alignment across all workstreams.

The role requires 10+ years in project coordination within pharmaceutical capital or CQV programs, plus strong scheduling skills with MS Project or Primavera.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project coordination experience, preferably on pharmaceutical capital or CQV programs.
• Scheduling using MS Project or Primavera, action tracking and reporting.
• Highly organized and proactive; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Keep a multi-year greenfield pharmaceutical program in Carolina, Puerto Rico on schedule. You will be the coordination hub across CQV workstreams: schedules, resources, action items and progress reporting.

• Contract: 60 months (multi-year program), with possible extension
• Shift: Administrative, Monday–Friday, on-site 5 days/week
