Job summary

Empower Mental Health is seeking a licensed audiologist to conduct C&P evaluations for Veterans. This non-treatment role focuses on evaluation, testing, and documentation with no ongoing patient care or billing.

The position offers flexible scheduling and in-person opportunities, ideal for providers seeking extra income alongside their practice. Must have access to VA‑required equipment and be licensed.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Audiologist license.
• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Strong documentation and report writing skills.
• Ability to follow structured evaluation protocols.
• Comfortable objective, fact-based evaluations.
• Access to calibrated audiometer and tympanometer for VA evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct C&P audiology evaluations for Veterans according to VA guidelines.
• Review medical records and history to support evaluations.
• Perform audiometric testing per VA requirements.
• Prepare VA‑required reports and documentation.
• Maintain clear boundaries between evaluation and treatment.
• Submit examination documentation within required timeframes.
