Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a Microsoft C# Technical Lead to join a hybrid team located in Jacksonville, FL or Atlanta, GA or Milwaukee, WI. Responsibilities include leading developers, gathering requirements, and delivering high-quality .NET/SQL applications. Strong C#, MVC, SQL Server and Agile experience required.

Pay range $82,000–$138,000 annually with benefits, bonuses, and 401(k) eligibility. Localized roles and on-site/hybrid work model apply; apply to [e-mail] for inquiries.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with C#, .NET, MVC, SQL and Windows/Web applications.
• Understanding of SAP BusinessObjects, Web Intelligence, and SDKs.
• Strong SQL skills and performance tuning.
• Experience with unit testing and Agile methodologies.
• 3–5 years hands-on with C#/.NET; strong OO principles.
• Good interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers in design, coding, testing and debugging.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Ensure projects meet timelines and budgets.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions.
• Stay updated on .NET, ASP.NET, and SQL Server trends.
• Mentor junior members and conduct code reviews.
• Implement best practices and maintain code quality.
