The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance in .net, asp.net, C#, and SQL server projects. This role involves leading a team of developers, architecting solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the defined timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing .net, asp.net, c#, and sql server based solutions.
• 2. Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• 3. Architect robust and scalable technical solutions that meet the business objectives.
• 4. Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure high performance and quality deliverables.
• 5. Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate software components and resolve technical issues.
• 6. Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in .net, asp.net, c#, sql server, and propose recommendations for improvement.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
