Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sell JCI offerings to C-level executives, focusing on performance contracting and renewals.
• Build and manage long-term relationships with owner representatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to maximize customer value and close opportunities.
• Lead the sales process, plan proposals, and secure commitments.
• Leverage Salesforce and account planning tools to track progress.
• Develop strategic account plans and expand offerings within accounts.
