This exempt, non-bargaining role offers a lucrative commission package and the chance to shape growth by meeting quotas, documenting activity in Salesforce or Dynamics, and representing a leading fiber provider.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to engage business owners or C-level executives.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• CRM experience with Salesforce.com or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Dynamic, adaptable, and proactive with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent presentation and persuasive selling abilities.
• Self-motivated and driven.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business owners and C-level prospects in the metro area.
• Articulate Fidium's products and pre-qualify opportunities.
• Document sales activities in the CRM.
• Follow sales process and meet quotas set by Sales Manager.
• Prospect promptly for meetings and company events.
