Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a senior sales professional to drive large, complex bundled offerings with guaranteed savings for high-potential, executive-level customers. You will promote the Johnson Controls value proposition at the C-level, solve business and financial challenges, and guide renewals of multi-year service agreements.

You will build durable relationships with building owners, qualify opportunities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and close deals through structured sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
• 5–7 years of C-level field sales experience.
• Strong initiative and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Sell JCI offerings to building owners at the C-level, focusing on performance contracting.
• Build and manage long-term customer relationships and renewals.
• Develop account plans, use Salesforce and TAS to track progress.
• Lead the sales team and coordinate with internal resources.
• Close new opportunities and expand scope within accounts.
• Present proposals and negotiate value to secure deals.
