Job summary

CS Power Systems Inc. seeks a driven C&I Sales Manager for the Northeast US market. You will work with distributor leadership, EPCs and installers to drive commercial momentum through distribution.

The role emphasizes hunter activity, field presence and cross-functional collaboration to turn relationships into measurable growth. The position offers a remote work setup with anticipated 50% travel across North America, focusing on expanding Canadian Solar’s distribution footprint and increasing

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling into solar distribution channels.
• 3+ years in commercial/industrial (C&I) solar markets.
• Strong relationships within the solar distribution industry.
• Ability to travel extensively in the territory.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial distribution growth across California and the Western U.S.
• Develop and execute territory growth strategies with distributors.
• Build relationships with outside sales, EPCs, installers and branch leadership.
• Identify and activate new commercial opportunities via distribution.
• Support distributors in expanding their commercial solar capabilities.
• Forecasting, pipeline visibility and territory planning.
• Represent CS Power Systems at trade shows and industry events.
• Collaborate with sales leadership, product management and operations.
