About the Project: Global C&B function, C&B Operations teamOur team: located in UkraineRole: RemoteLocation: UkraineOpportunities:- participation in Global C&B projects- opportunity to work in cross-cultural environment

Responsibilities

  • Partner with HRBPs and senior business stakeholders to deliver compensation solutions that support business objectives.
  • Perform meaningful data analysis on compensation elements, including base pay, short-term incentive plans, long-term incentive plans, pay for performance, benchmarking / market data, peer reviews, etc.
  • Deliver compensation programs including annual base pay increases, promotions, short-term incentives, and long-term incentives to clients.
  • Provide up-to-date market intelligence on competitive compensation trends and practices.
  • Drive change management projects to ensure smooth integration into Headquarters pay practices and philosophy.Skills:
  • 5+ years of progressive compensation experience.
  • Candidate must have a deep understanding of total compensation programs including base pay, short-term and long-term incentives, executive compensation, benchmarking / market data, jobs architecture and evaluation.
  • Organizational agility and ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt to change rapidly in time sensitive situations.
  • Autonomous worker with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong financial background and business acumen.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to manage large, complex data sets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

SKILLS

Must have

  • Analytical Skills, Compensation and Benefits, HR Databases, Microsoft Excel, Office Pack, Sufficient knowledge and practice of C&B processes: Base Salary management, Variable practices (STIs, LTIs), benefits, knowledge of external compensation providers (WTW, Mercer, Korn Ferry, etc)

Skills: Attention to detail, Business English, Creative thinking, Effective written communication, Presentation skills, Problem solving, Time managementExperience:Experience in big international companies (HC>5000) with global or regional responsibility, work in Big 4 consulting companies
