Global Compensation and Benefits Manager

What You’ll Be Doing

The Global Compensation and Benefits Manager manages the administration, support, and delivery of global compensation programs aimed at attracting and retaining talent. Responsibilities include managing salary planning, merit processes, bonus programs, benefit renewals, compensation analysis, and overseeing job evaluation, description processes, and FLSA duties testing.

During a Typical Day, You’ll
  • Manage salary planning processes and prepare presentation documents for leadership
  • Evaluate international job positions, determine grade levels, conduct FLSA duties tests, and collaborate on job descriptions to ensure global standards
  • Conduct compensation analyses, including location-based and salary comparisons, partnering with Operations and Finance
  • Review and approve requisitions and salary increase requests per compensation guidelines
  • Collaborate with WFM, Finance, and Pricing on budget data and annual SOW price builds
  • Assist with compensation analysis for business bids, validating data with surveys and government sources
  • Manage the annual merit program, ensuring data accuracy and system updates
  • Partner with the Director of Total Rewards on compliance and legal considerations
  • Support cycle projects like Executive Compensation and Incentive Plans
  • Support global benefit renewals and analyses
  • Lead and mentor the compensation and benefits team, fostering development
  • Provide analytics, support HR systems, and payroll functions as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
What You Bring to the Role
  • Master’s Degree preferred
  • HR, Compensation, or Benefits Certification a plus
  • 5+ years HR experience with at least 6 years in compensation and benefits, and 2+ years in team leadership
  • Experience with Oracle, Kronos, Halogen preferred
  • Knowledge of Job Grading Methodologies (HAY, Mercer, WTW, etc.)
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and adaptability
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
