Job description

Our requirements:
  • +7 years experience in Compensation and Benefits, preferably within an international organization.
  • Structured and analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CSRD ESRS-S1, EU Pay directive, and Gender Pay Gap measurement.
  • Experience with implementing global, corporate HR systems and solutions (e.g., SAP, Workday, Oracle).
  • Pragmatic, proactive, and effective working both independently and in teams; capable of collaborating across all organizational levels.
  • Committed, discreet (handling confidential data), accountable, credible, assertive, and with integrity.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills; proactive attitude.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Languages: English, excellent written and spoken skills is essential.
About the role:

At Medicover, we adopt a decentralized approach to Compensation and Benefits across our markets. We operate multiple corporate locations and are responsible for reporting on all Compensation and Benefits policies, procedures, and elements to the Medicover Board.

This role, reporting to the Global C&B Head, will focus on these aspects and more specifically be responsible for:

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and review of C&B policies and programs, including job grading for targeted populations.
  • Ensure competitiveness of compensation practices within markets (benchmarks/comp-ratio).
  • Maintain operational excellence in implementing C&B policies and processes, with continuous improvements.
  • Define senior leadership compensation structures, including benefits for host countries.
  • Manage the salary review and short-term bonus payment processes end-to-end, advising stakeholders.
  • Coordinate administration of the Medicover LTI (PSP) process and related applications.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal/external stakeholders and suppliers in the compensation and benefits field.
  • Seek consolidation of benefits across suppliers and markets where possible.
  • Coordinate reporting for the Remuneration Committee.
