Job summary

DRM Brands is seeking a Shift Manager for Buffalo Wild Wings GO to support daily operations and supervise staff on a shift basis. You will coach team members to ensure tasks are done efficiently and to create legendary guest experiences.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with state/local food handling certification, hospitality experience, and strong guest service skills. Employees receive flexible scheduling, meal benefits, and opportunities for advancement. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older (per law).
• Certified in state/county/local food handling requirements.
• Preferably prior quick service restaurant or Buffalo Wild Wings experience.
• Strong guest service and teamwork skills.

• Supervise shift-by-shift operations and coach team members.

As a Shift Manager, you will assist the General Manager in daily operations. You will be responsible for supervising the operations on a shift-by-shift basis. You will also assist the General Manager in coaching team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively, helping create legendary experiences for guests.

The base hourly pay range above represents the low and the high end of the pay range for this position.Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location.Hourly rates may vary based on state/local minimum wage requirements. Hourly team members will be eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and DRM policy.
