Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Fitchburg, MA is seeking a Shift Manager to supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis and to coach team members for exceptional guest experiences. This role supports the management team to drive performance and a high-energy service environment.

Preferred candidates have 2 years of restaurant or bar experience, are of legal age to serve alcohol where required, and excel at time management, attention to detail, and guest service.

Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant or bar experience preferred.
• Minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages where required.
• Strong time management, attention to detail and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operation of the restaurant on a shift-by-shift basis.
• Assist the management team with coaching team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively and guests have legendary experiences.

YOU GOT THIS

$20.5 -$30.54

The base hourly pay range above represents the low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may vary based on state/local minimum wage requirements. Hourly team members will be eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and Inspire Brands policy.
