Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings GO in Westminster, CO is hiring a Shift Manager to assist the General Manager in daily operations and to supervise the team on a shift-by-shift basis.

You will coach crew members, ensure tasks are completed efficiently, and deliver legendary guest experiences while upholding brand standards. This role offers a clear path for advancement, weekly pay, and a flexible schedule within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Certified in state, county, or local food handling requirements.
• Preferably 2+ years of restaurant/quick service/Buffalo Wild Wings experience.
• Exceptional guest service skills and ability to coach team members.

YOU GOT THIS

• You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
• You are certified in state, county, or local food handling requirements.
• Preferably, you have at least two years of restaurant, quick service restaurant or Buffalo Wild Wings experience.
• You know what it takes to create legendary experiences between friends and have exceptional guest service skills.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

$17.5 -$24

The base hourly pay range above represents the low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may vary based on state/local minimum wage requirements. Hourly team members will be eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and Inspire Brands policy.
