Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a Shift Manager to supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis and assist the management team with coaching teammates to ensure tasks are performed effectively. The role focuses on delivering legendary guest experiences and maintaining high standards of service.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of restaurant or bar experience, strong time-management skills, attention to detail, and a passion for guest service.

• Minimum age to serve alcohol as required by law.

YOU GOT THIS

$20.95 -$31.08

The base hourly pay range above represents the low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may vary based on state/local minimum wage requirements. Hourly team members will be eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and Inspire Brands policy.
