Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. in Fitchburg, MA is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis.

You will coach team members, support the management team, and ensure tasks are performed efficiently to deliver legendary guest experiences. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of restaurant or bar experience, can serve alcohol per law, and bring strong time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.

Qualifications

• Preferably, you have 2 years of restaurant or bar experience.
• You are of minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages (or higher, per applicable law).
• You know what it takes to fuel moments worth sharing and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.

$20.5 -$30.54

The base hourly pay range above represents the low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may vary based on state/local minimum wage requirements. Hourly team members will be eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and Inspire Brands policy.
