Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a Shift Manager to supervise daily restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis. You will support the management team by coaching team members to ensure tasks are performed efficiently and guest experiences are consistently strong.

Applicants should have roughly 2 years of restaurant or bar experience and be of legal age to serve alcohol where required. The role emphasizes time management, attention to detail, and delivering outstanding service to guests.

YOU GOT THIS

The base hourly pay range above represents the low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may vary based on state/local minimum wage requirements. Hourly team members will be eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and Inspire Brands policy.
