Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Buyers Agent to join our team. Your responsibilities will include executing lead generation systems, conducting open houses, converting prospects into clients, and negotiating offers. You will also participate in team activities and training to enhance your skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute weekly lead generation systems
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting activities into appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice and team activities
• Attend weekly coaching sessions and trainings
• Consult with buyers, secure signed agreements, and identify homes
• Write and negotiate offers
• Track activities and clients using PLACE Technology

Qualifications

• Licensed real estate professional
