Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr
We are seeking a motivated and experienced real estate sales professional to join our team. The role involves lead generation, client prospecting, and closing sales, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
- Participate in the PLACE New Agent Launch to develop lead generation and prospecting skills.
- Convert inbound sales inquiries into scheduled appointments.
- Transform outbound sales opportunities into confirmed meetings.
- Assess leads to understand their motivation and financial situation, and communicate this to the sales team.
- Maintain and update the client database and productivity reports.
- Enhance your skills through ongoing education and script practice.
- Become an expert in the local real estate market.
- Engage in weekly coaching sessions, training, and team calls.
- Utilize PLACE Technology to track activities and manage client information.
- Strong relationship-building skills and enjoyment in interacting with people.
- Passion for sales and closing deals.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads.
- Team-oriented with a focus on achieving collective goals.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in meeting sales targets.
