We seek a dedicated Real Estate Specialist to oversee property listings, perform market analysis, and guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing. Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Implement weekly PLACE lead generation systems
• Consult with buyers, secure signed agreements, identify homes
• Negotiate offers for clients
• Manage tasks in PLACE Technology
• Conduct two open houses weekly
• Convert prospecting activities into appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice and team activities
• Attend weekly coaching, training, and Partner Calls
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings, and market homes
• Demonstrate expertise in pricing, staging, and listing services
• Work efficiently with provided leads (e.g., realtor.com, Dave Ramsey, 72Sold)
