Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Real Estate License is required.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills will enhance client relations.
• Comfort with using CRM platforms and technology is needed.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are a must.
• Candidates should be self-starters with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work full-time and manage multiple clients effectively.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective homebuyers and provide expert guidance.
