Qualifications
- Licensed real estate professional
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Prospecting and lead generation are strengths
- Overcoming objections comes naturally
- Team player with a service mindset
- Organized with excellent time management
- Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
- Industry experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Convert prospecting activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice
- Engage in team activities and coaching
- Consult with buyers, secure buyer agreements and identify homes
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of buyers
- Track activities and clients using PLACE Technology
