Training, coaching, and marketing support are provided to help you grow your real estate career and income potential. Compensation starts at $150,000+ and grows with performance as part of a collaborative, growth‑driven team.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Real Estate License required.
• Proven experience in real estate sales and closing transactions.
• Ability to work with company-provided buyer and seller leads.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills to achieve client outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Connect with pre-qualified buyers and sellers to understand goals and needs.
• Conduct buyer consultations, listing appointments, and property showings.
• Prepare and present compelling offers and listing strategies.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms to achieve the best outcomes.
• Guide clients from consultation to closing with excellent service.
• Maintain follow-up using CRM to keep clients informed and engaged.
• Build long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
