KLA is seeking an Internal Buyer I in Phoenix, AZ to drive material availability and optimize procurement across planning and supply chain functions. The role collaborates with planning, operations, logistics, and suppliers to ensure product availability and timely delivery, while supporting service levels and cost goals.

You will analyze demand signals, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain accurate planning data to enable continuous improvements in the supply plan.

• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve material constraints and delivery issues.
• Support inventory optimization efforts by balancing customer service, inventory investment, and supply continuity.
• Execute purchasing and planning transactions within ERP and planning systems.
• Identify, elevate, and help resolve supply, quality, and delivery issues.
• Maintain accurate planning data and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Participate in operational reviews and communicate material risks, recovery plans, and supply impacts to stakeholders.

Group / Division

The KLA Services team consists of Service Sales, Marketing, Spares Supply Chain Management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, Digital Solutions and Analytics, and Technical Product Support. Our services organization maximizes the value of our customers’ KLA assets – with highly trained service and product support engineers providing installation services and 24/7 technical support and parts delivery through our extensive supply chain network.

Role Summary

In this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise. The Internal Buyer I is responsible for executing material planning and purchasing activities to ensure product availability while supporting inventory, customer service, and operational objectives. This role works cross‑functionally with planning, operations, logistics, and suppliers to manage supply commitments, resolve shortages, and support seamless execution of the supply plan.

Base Pay Range: $45,600.00 - $66,867.00 Annually
